I've got a small swelling on my right cheek from the gland behind my ear , a little painful when I'm eating , a feeling of neuralgia, this is from Satur , today I phoned my GP AT 10am, got a call back from a nurse practitioner who asked me a few questions and told me to carry on taking Paracetamol, then a half an hour later another call saying I'd best go in tomorrow for her to look in my ear, fair enough but where's my doctor gone :0(

You clearly had an X Ray at the time of incident and probably had a reduction without surgery (open reduction) and subsequently had a poor result with persistent pain and possibly deformity.
This is no uncommon in ankle fractures.
You had one follow up X Ray which confirmed the above situation and further follow ups have been postponed as further treatment is to be considered.
10 months on and the situation is unacceptable.
You have been dealt a rough deal.
I would phone the Consultant s secretary.
