Anyone know of any good solid non-layman type websites relating to OCD, and/or treatment using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)?

"obsessive compulsive disorder" "cognitive behavioral therapy"
(Note the quote marks and the American spelling).
One site which particularly caught my eye was this one:

(Check the links down the left. It's a bit technical but not totally unreadable).

sorry! i.e.if it feels like OCD then it can not be real! fight it step by step.I fought it from the age of eight when it was not recognised.Come so far but it can never go.Best of luck,please remember you are probably a sensitive and wondrous person whose mental capacity couldv be put to the benefit of the world!Best of luck in making the world a better place!
