Jackson was into quack medicine. This is a lot different, editing our genes to screen out illnesses.

Jackson was a germaphobe like Howard Hughes. He wore a face mask before the pandemic. He died ironically not from any killer germ or disease, but from the vast concoction of meds he was taking.

If he passes in his sleep, then he won’t know.
If he has a long lingering illness that ultimately proves fatal, then he will know he hasn’t reached 108.

Both my parents lived to over 85 years of age and all my siblings are still alive and well – so I think I have a fair chance of making it to 90 – but I’d be happy with 80 if I remain in good health until the end.

I am sure he said 108 - there was certainly no "ty" at the end of the word.
My mother lived until over 100 without any gimmicks.

My brother has always claimed he will live to be 112 yrs old. Pretty sure I won't be around to find out if that turns out to be true!

The guy in the video says 180 yrs old. It wouldn't be worth writing the article if he said 108 as people already live way past that now.
