After being told I could go home, I have now been told my SATS have dipped and my blood pressure is dangerously low.
''Dangerously?''
That word came as a shocker.
The only thing I have ever known to be dangerously low is my bank account :-(
Back on oxygen and 89%.
What next?
A library fine for my Enid Blyton books?
The book of Job comes to mind :-(

I hope though they are not treating the numbers instead of how you are, I know that the sats for some COPD patients scare the sh## out of junior nurses when they should be looking at the patient. I have seen patients with their sats in the high eighties potter around the ward quite happily when maybe the asthmatic in the next bed is struggling at 93%, it's what people are used to.
Then if they can get you a home supply you should be fine you might only need it intermittently, grandad used it when he got out of bed, so he felt okay to wash and dress, and maybe a couple of times a day after that, he never needed constant oxygen, some do, and with mini cylinders can get out and about so much easier.
