Not Urinated Since Wednesday

My mum (84) came home from hospital Wednesday evening about 6pm after being in there for 10 day with Covid Pheumonia.

They said she was well enough to come home with oxygen which she has.

Since then she has just lay on the sofa, she wont wash, get dressed or most importantly has not been to the loo, either way since Wednesday night.

I keep asking her but she says no i dont need to go, im so worried.

I don't know her medical history, but not passing water for 3 days is a danger sign.
Is she producing urine and not passing it OR is she not producing urine?
If she is not in abdominal discomfort and hasn't passed urine by tomorrow morning, then call the on call GP
I presume she hasn't got a catheter in situ.

it's been nearly 72 hrs though.
Besides, getting hold of someone takes time.
I am usually a "don't contact the NHS" person BUT on this occasion i think it's important (and urgent)

She is drinking and I've tried to check that she hasn't 'been' but I'm pretty sure she hasn't.

if darcey calls 111, whoever calls her back can say "you ae too early, wait till tomorrow morning" if they want. But i doubt they will

Then Darcey, with such diversity of opinions, of which must both be confusing and unhelpful, do what you feel is what you want to do...deep down.
