I have been on this since May this year, at first it made my appetite go a bit and I do now have smaller meals, I lost some weight but not much. It is a weekly jab you do yourself alongside your normal insulin. Also my Hba1c was 69 in February and then since having the ozempic it has gone down to 45, my diabetic nurse is impressed.
