Jigsaws From Bits And Pieces

My wife orders American jigsaws from Bits and Pieces. She has an account with the company, receives promotion emails with offers from time to time, and also receives catalogues on a regular basis.
However when she tries to order through her online account, she can put items in her basket but cannot get further to pay. Every time she is blocked from continuing, either her password is wrong, or her email address. This is ridiculous as she has always had the same ones. So she has to place her orders by phone and this means that she misses out on the special offers like free postage or reduced prices. Does anyone else have the same problem? She has also written to the company explaining what has happened. The company replies but does not sort the problem.
