Going For A Covid-19 Test This Afternoon
11 Answers
Hi there
I have been feeling lousy the last 72 hours. Shivery neck ache back ache. Sore throat. The house Is really warm but I'm freezing. I have decided to book a Covid-19 test and I am going this afternoon. What I wanted to ask is 1. Is it possible I could still have it despite having the 1st dose of the Pfizer on 27 February.
2. My temperature has been really variable I've got a digital forehead thermometer at one point it can be 38.9 an hour later it can be 35.6 . Can you have Covid with a variable temperature I also don't have a cough.

One swab back of my tonsils and up my nose. Apparently there has been a massive increase of tests done in the last 72 hours at my local test centre. Either there is a virus going round at the moment unrelated to covid and people are worried and getting tested or there is an influx of cases locally. I should get the results in 24 hours. I wonder how many viruses are going around at the moment, not Covid??
