Painful ‘Join’

In an ‘intimate’ part of my body - I see it as the join of left and right - is a ridge of skin which gets VERY rubbed and sore.

Can’t think of a way of dressing it. I try Savlon, or Eurax, and they help a bit.

Is there a better way of treating this?

I think that miconazole might not 'go' with certain other meds (possibly eye drops, but I can't remember). I actually bought some and for once I read the instructions; fortunately, hygiene, careful drying, and lots of fresh air 24/7 did the trick - made me a few new friends too! :-)
