the govt site tells you
and then says somewhere - but of course you can opt out anytime
very easy centrally - there is a law saying data procedures by the punters ( us that is! usually asking for data) cant be too cumbersome (*)
data - it is all there for their perusal - but apparently stays in England ( so the rules about data export dont apply)
the tags on identification are not pulled off but 'put in envelopes, electronic envelopes of course'
and is limited to the relevant data set - do if they want heart data they cant access the bit about your smelly gooba
