Try loser shoes or taking em off a t different points in the day, and sleeping with something under your mattress to tilt your upper body upwards slightly to help the blood reach your legs. Maybe a total change in lifestyle is needed, go to gp for chack up to see if circulation, cholesterol, blood pressure is all ok. Diabetics often have problems with their feet too.
If it is a sympton of the above a lifestyle change is definitely called for.
