You're about the size of my leg. You lack self esteem by the sounds of it, but you are not fat. Visit your GP and talk to them about how you feel. It seems to me that your issues are more mental than physical.

See your GP, your body image isn't matching reality. You probably need expert help before it develops into something more serious. I suspect you are close to the bottom of normal range.
