From Alzheimer's Research UK:
"Over 10,000 people have now taken part in properly designed and controlled clinical trials, representing a robust test of ginkgo, but the clear indication coming through is that it can’t be recommended as a treatment or a prevention for Alzheimer’s disease".
From the NHS website:
"Some people with dementia and their carers use complementary remedies, such as gingko biloba, curcumin or coconut oil. However, there's not enough evidence to say whether such remedies are effective.
It's best to be wary of any products that claim to benefit people with dementia. If you're thinking of taking such a product or supplement, it's important to consult a doctor first".
Ginkgo biloba does improve memory I took it for 2 months it worked verry well for my memory although I didn't suffer from memory loss but my memory got even better
