morning, Saturday already and the weekend starts here. I hope that you are in good form and that your day is a very good one. Its another early start though i hope some are awake to keep me company. Anything planned for today? I am having a quiet day i hope, as i was out yesterday lunching with a mate, which was lovely. I need to start my list for what to take away next week.

i spoke with my brother yesterday and there has been no change of plans, so excited already. Christmas day at my niece new house, should be lovely. Lets hope everyone has a splendid time.

We are off for our booster today then back to the old house for some more sorting and cleaning, then off out tonight as Mr Red and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary.

Sorry got caught up doing other stuff!
We have till NYE but hopefully we will give the keys back on CE!
Mr Red is doing less hours next week so he will be going over to to some bits whilst I am working

i am hoping that the voltarol will have some affect on the knee joints, as the pain is bad.

Yes it does alomg with all the other ailments lol. As late father in law use to say old age doesn't come on it's own.

sadly cleaning one house to give it back, then cleaning the new one must be quite arduous and time consuming, i have no idea what i would do if i had to move.

My knees are not in the best of health but I have found that the exercise bike does help a bit and they also don't give out as much as they were.
