Covid Jab 12 - 15 Year Olds
3 Answers
Do 13 year old’s need parental permission to get their first covid jab? I’m working all week and the things need their first vaccinations - can boy #1 take them (he’s 21)? It’s going to be a pain whoever takes them but I don’t want them turning up and then being sent away - I’ve obviously googled it.

(Your son probably brought one home with him and forgot about it. You'll find it in the bottom of his bag in about 6 month's time, along with all the other letters, notes and forms that kids forget to give their parents!).
As far as the practicalities go, the Covid jab is no different to other vaccinations that kids have at school. No parent (or other responsible adult) need be present.
