My eyes are very dry and sore lately and l have been advised to use Clinitas Hydrate gel four times a day, my eyes feel fine when l wake up but start feeling sore during the day. Is it safe to keep using four times every day? I am wondering of the cause is central heating ….. thanks all.

Seems a lot 4 times a day seems a lot, I would have thought twice a day would be adequate for a fortnight, then daily as required.

If the person who gave you that advice was a Dr or Optician, then take their advice.
