Erythritol - How Long Does It Last When Its Dissolved In Water & Kept In A Closed Bottle?

As above - i was to dissolve a certain amount of erythritol in water & keep it in a closed bottle - but how long will it last, unrefrigerated?
I dont need to keep for more than 2-3 days - will it be ok?
Ok as in safe to consume & not taste weird.

I'm just drinking it. once its fully dissolved it doesnt have all the bloating effects but it takes a while for every granule to completely dissolve.
heat kills the sweetness, so i dont know if boiling water would ruin it.
I have POTS & found out quite by chance that it relieves a lot of symptoms.
I then googled it & discovered it is already known to affect blood vessels etc.
i just wanted to make up a small bottle in the morning & drink a bit during the day without having to keep spooning it into glasses & waiting etc
