Been so busy lately the sheets nearly jumped off the bed by themselves this morning when I finally got round to doing the laundry.

How often does everybody change their bed linen?

i used to be awful, but now i do it (well its my boyfriends job!) to do it every other saturday.
Once a week & occasionally once a fortnight if I'm really busy.
usually once a fortnight but if someone did it for me and the washing, it would be every day. There's nothing like freshly washed sheets. The're never the same the next day.
I dread to think- probably once a fortnight but sometimes longer if I am really busy. There is nothing like fresh bed linen.... I wish I could have new ones every day, but then I suppose I would have to live in a hotel..
Once a week.
once a week normally on a Sunday!

1-2 times a fortnight or more often if the dogs' muddy paws manage to wriggle their way in before I'm awake enough to chase them out!

Once a week, religiously!
The day before my partner comes home

1 - 2 times a week. Jesus would some of the peolpe above wear the same clothes for that long. I would do it every day if i had the time

Every Monday (don't know why that day!)
I can't be doing with dirty bedclothes.Yuk !
I change the sheets and pillow cases twice a week. If I could I would have clean sheets every day.I only change the duvet cover once a week though.
Every 6 weeks whether I need to or not.
In winter always once a week, but in summer it's usually every 2 days as it's so hot and sweaty here.
every week. By the way is there an easy way of getting the duvet cover on? My wife could do it in seconds, but I end up crawling inside the thing and taking ages, and it still stays lumpy!

As for an easy way of changing the duvet cover, I tuck the end corners of the duvet into the clean cover, hang onto them for grim death and then shake the whole lot down the staircase. That seems to get it fairly evenly distributed, apart from a few last rumples to smooth out when it's flat on the bed.
Turn the duvet cover inside out ..put the corners of the duvet to the corners of the cover .. grasp it firmly and revert the cover over the duvet. if you have a landing with a stairwell to hang over all the better.
every 5th day..i hate dirty beds..when we were in the raf and we had those cotton white sheets that you starch i used to do it twice a week..i had a boiler then and used to boil all the cotton.then dip it in starch...when you see some of the beds on how clean is your house they make me itch..i dont know how people can sleep in them..before the dog had my old leather settee he had a cover on his two seater sofa and i used to wash that every other day..so his bedding didnt smell doggy..
Every sunday without fail, lol at halfadaily me and mr pixi always have a duvet cover putting on race (me at one side, him at the other) and i always win yayyyyyy
aka pixi, thats cheating, you should try the duvet on your own........I'm sure the inventor of the things had a grudge against mankind, lol.
