Vaseline Or Baby Oil?

To remove mascara. Is it safe or does it clog the tear ducts? Thanks all.

Neither, both can block the tear ducts.

Use a watery solution ( I am not an expert may I point out ;-)

I certainly wouldn't use Vaseline, it's much too heavy, apart from getting in your eyes and making them blurry it will leave you puffy in the morning. Baby oil at a push but not regularly. Why don't you get a proper product? I wear mascara, kohl and eyeliner and would thoroughly recommend Nivea Double Effect eye makeup remover, it's quite cheap too.

I use baby oil at least 50% of the time and have had no issues

I recommend the same as Prudie. While micellar water does work, it requires more rubbing. Not a good thing in my opinion. The Nivea product is very gentle yet thorough.

I just skimmed through that article on Vaseline and it's stated that it contains cocoa butter..."The formula of Vaseline is enriched with cocoa butter, and aloe vera works wonders for your skin."
...its just petroleum jelly.

Thanks all, as mentioned before I have very dry eyes, and don’t want anything that will make them sting.
