my contact tracer is turned off, yet I got a message saying that I had been in contact.

Think whoever it was is trying to get at bank details via 'the offer' of a PCR test kit, my system blocking this.

I got the same text, wanting 99p for postage. I deleted it, it's a phishing scam. Track and trace ended some time ago
