Issues With Facebook

Hi techie ABers, I am having such a lot of trouble with my FB account for the last week or so. Wonder if some can offer some advice please. We have also been in Brittany this week and wonder if this has got something to do with the problem, or perhaps someone has hacked my account….

All of a sudden my account just crashed, and despite countless attempts to retrieve my account (with all my DMs, friends, etc), by changing my passwords, and getting OTPs on my mobile to enter as a 6 digit code, I still cannot get the issue sorted. It then directs me to my husband’s account, which I don’t want to piggyback on, or suggests that I open a a fresh account …..which even then it won’t let me do.

Any advice and/or help would be greatly appreciated by this techno numpty…. Cheers, Chox

google log into facebook.. can't put link sorry as it just goes to my account... input email used and all accounts live with that addy should appear..log in with password..if it does not show with the e mail addy, then it may be that your account has been hacked and deleted ?

Have you tried starting from here, it was really simple when I had to do it
