Has anyone ever tried using infrared lights to reduce pain/inflammation? Desperately looking for anything that might help back pain and neuropathy. My physio suggested it but there’s so many devices out there!

I've never tried it, no, but I'd be willing to give it a try if other modalities had failed.
I have an Infraphil heat lamp which I used to use for back pain. Infrared is just heat - same as a heat pad or hot water bottle & AFAIK will only serve to increase blood flow in the affected area temporarily.

Some who recommend heat might also recommend ice packs so it's kinda clutching at straws really.
