Oh thank you. I have to take the horrible Picolax laxatives tomorrow, but tonight I just cannot find the three senna tablets I'm supposed to take before bed tonight! Absolutely no idea what I've done with them.
Don't think it'll make much difference.

I shouldn't worry about that, gg. Picolax is better than Carlsberg, if you get my drift. Just have a good book to read tomorrow, check your timings carefully. Is your procedure a.m. or p.m. ?

8:40 Wednesday morning - friend and neighbour taking me, but judging by how little effect the sedation had last time (four years ago, when I also had a gastroscopy immediately before) I could easily drive myself there and back! Think I might ask for some gas and air.....

stock up on as many wet wipes as you can for tomorrow, dry soon gets you feeling sore

Our pre-procedure notes said we could take a snack for OH to eat on the way home. We didn't bother, got home and had a light snack.

jno, vaseline before "kick off" helps. I got some Cushelle with coconut oil in, smells lovely.

To be honest, I'm not that bothered about the procedure itself, just what might be found, as the symptoms I'm experiencing have not abated at all - and today is Day 50 of my GF diet.
