Hello! Recently, a friend of mine (K) and I discussed “hooking up” and may end up doing so this week. This would entirely be a hookup and not really based on feelings of wanting to date etc. Issue is, a bit over three years ago, a now distant friend (A) was interested in her and asked her out (she said no). Should I be somehow confirming with A he is okay with me pursuing anything with K? A and I talk once every 3 months or so.
