I wake up at 07:00 at the latest (I was up at 03:30 this morning), regardless of what time I go to bed. I try and go to sleep at around 22:00, however lately I've been going to sleep at all hours (there is no pattern whatsoever).

Lol heating is on timer goes on at 530 - I tend to get dressed straight away - its great in the summer though as I get out in the garden.
During winter I knit and watch TV that the husband does not like

I would (and have) gone to bed at 7pm before and still woke up at 4am! If I go to bed at 11 I still wake at 4 but then I am tired and grumpy!
