Ditto.
Awww thanks. I'm OK in general but still getting very dizzy when moving my head, turning over in bed, standing up and so on. I'm not getting better asquickly as I'd like

Don't try to rush things. I would have a quick word with your doc or 111 if things don't settle, just to ease your mind.
Take it easy, bednobs.
I have never has a concussion but have had eye surgery. Even small movements were painful.

I hope you feel better soon x
Has it been a week yet? I expect it just needs time. Be kind to yourself.
I missed your earlier post, bednobs, and hope you're on the mend. It'll take as long as it takes, I suppose, but if it gets worse then call your GP. I did the same as you a year ago but luckily only twisted my knee - but my knee did take a few days to notify me of this, so keep an eye on your symptoms.
thanks jno. Naughty knee!
it's not getting worse, but not better enough either
I waited for about three weeks to see if the knee planned to get better but it didn't so I went to the GP then (or rather two weeks later when I could get an appointment) ... on reflection that was five weeks wasted.

Depending how quickly you can be seen it might be worth making an appointment. You can always cancel if you start improving during the waiting period. Heads deserve more attention than stupid knees.
