Will Covid Be With Us Forever?

My sister tested positive for covid this morning!!
Told to stay at home and not mix with anyone for 5 days !!!
How did she get it? From a work colleague, who thought she only had a cold! But it turned out she had covid! Sister isnt well pleased!!!!!

She works in a busy dentist( receptionist)
She was told these guidelines, if you under 18 to isolate for 3 days, but if yr 18+ to isolate for 5 days.

Quite possibly and given the fact that she works at a dentist, which is a medical field, it makes sense to isolate.

Forever is a long time. But likely to be permanent now, certainly. That's why we need to learn to live with it and stop giving it undue panic stations.

Lesson to be learnt there about not mucking about with virus genetics if you don't have the necessary safety guards and are just capable of messing about and blaming any screw-ups on bats or pangolins or whatever.
