Trustpilot is a review site.
Always worth scanning in case you have a malware infection.

on most websites i click on its something to do with total ad block

If it's most sites I'd certainly advice seeking out a malware scan. Either downloaded & run, or run online.

I used to use Malwarebytes. Others may know more recent software/applications.

HFJL2020, I got that after downloading Adblock and the only way I could get rid of it was to uninstall Adblock and use another ad blocker.
