Hope everyone is ok? Been a stressful week, but thats for another thread! So, just for fun - how about a random fact(or two)about yourself? 
Me - I have zero sense of smell, literally couldn't smell a fire, a gas leak, nothing, yet I still wear perfume every day! I can't even tell you what it smells like - I have no idea. MrSmow thinks I'm mad !

I learnt to get my Gliding Licence before my motorcycle licence at 16 yrs.

I pulled my best mate out from the bottom of the swimming pool. 70 years later I still meet him every month. He's dried off by now. :-)

Lol. I did that once on a very old lady who collapsed and had stopped breathing. The ambulance was ages whilst I was blowing and thumping.

When I followed up the casualty to make my report the casualty officer was not best pleased with me.

Apparently the old dear was asthmatic and had forgotten her steroid spray. She had been hyperventilating and her breathing automatically shut down. I was unaware of this and managed to unnecessarily break several ribs. Once the oxygen and carbon dioxide had equalised she would of started breathing again without my errr  ' help'.
