Cat Vaccination

My cat has been given an anti inflammatory and painkiller vaccination for inflammation of the pancreas and liver, how long should it take for this to work, and when should she start feeling better?

Yes injection, said if not better today to go back, she is not yet herself, wandering off for hours instead of coming in and going out all day, but she did eat a lot last night which she hasn't done for a couple of days.  Hoping she is better today (when she decides to come home) otherwise back to the vet.
