whats  the  best  time  of the  day   to  take  blood  pressure  readings//////////ta

From the NHS website:
"Measure your blood pressure twice a day, ideally in the morning and the evening, while you're sitting down.

Each time take 2 readings, at least 1 minute apart. "

I was told 12 PM, at least 2 hours after BP meds & before food & then 6 PM an hour after food.

I was told random times over a number of days, but take it twice each time, ignore the first just write down the second.

if you take it twice and there's a really big difference, do it a third time. And don't get anxious...
