The only thing that ever worked for me was 1% hydrocortisone cream - available by prescription

The above are all excellent suggestions - but in addition, modify your diet.

Replace all dairy produce with soya substitutes, cut out white sugar and pork products, and avoid spicy food. You will see an improvement.

My friend uses a sunbed, he hated the idea at first but it really helped. Not sure if it it's a standard bed or has special tubes though

have you been on the web and found freederm hc ? i have had eczema all my life,and i saw the site and was skeptical, ordered my tub, arrived from the states in two days and it works wonders.ok the tub is �17 but in my mind its worth the price.

Eumovate cream worked for me, it was on the leg though and mustn't go near the eyes, but it was a fairly rapid improvement,

neat pure lavendar essential oil - cleared mine up in a few days and i have never had it since!

ever since i became pregant my face broke out it eczama, the doctor has giving me cream after cream, but it keeps spreading.. I need help... anyone one know what i can use????
