Am I wasting my money on supplements such as MacuShield?  Has your optician/consultant recommended it?

Well I don't know if it was just coincidence but I used Macushield for a couple of years after being told I had the start of MD. The last time I had my eyes tested I was clear! I just don't know - I'm due for another eye test so will let you know. It was expensive but I thought my eyes were worth spending money on.

I have had injections for AMD for many years.  The eye hospital recommends Optivite for general eye health £12  from Boots but they do 3 for 2 on their supplements.

The thought of eye injections give me the heebie jeebies.  Have you got the wet or dry version?
