Should I Suggest To My Boss That We Should Train To Wash Our Hands After Cleaning Bathrooms Even Though We Wear Gloves?

I've been working for a commercial cleaning company for 2 years, and I wasn't trained to wash my hands after cleaning bathrooms because we wear gloves. I mean, I don't see the point of wearing gloves if we still have to wash our hands afterwards regaurdless. Also, when we take the gloves off, we don't touch the exterior of the gloves. We make sure we change gloves in between bathrooms, or before we touch anything else so we don't spread germs. Should I talk to my boss, and suggest we train our staff to wash our hands more?

Be careful talking to your boss, he could breathe germs all over you then where would you be.

You use gloves because you are probably using cleaning products, thus protecting your skin.
