are you in a contract with them?  if so, when does it end?

Is it a Direct Debit, Henry?

If so, telephone your bank and ask them to cancel it.

What contract are you on? When is it due to expire? Have you checked with them whether there's a charge for cancelling mid term? There's lots of deals available for much less- I pay £5 a month for unlimited texts/calls and mor ethan enough data

^^^ but not if you're in a contract!

There re other sections avilable henry other than Body& Soul- just select Technology or whatever's appropriate from the drop down box, don't just go straight to B&S. you might get more replies from Tech etc experts that way

Henry, are you in a contract with EE, do you know?

ta  for  info /   not  in  contract   im  new  to  this  phone  thing    at  the  moment  i  got  25  gb  on  my  phone they  way   i understand  it     £20  a  month  for  data  £15  for  internet

If you are on pay as you go, turn off mobile data roaming.

Settings ... Connections ... Mobile Networks ... Data Roaming.
Switch the toggle to off and only use your own or free wifi conections.

your response does not make sense, data IS internet.

Ring them up and ask what can you get for under £10  a month. We have one E E  contract which is £8 and gets plenty of data.  I can't imagine you need anything like 25GB. If you use WiFi where possible you should get by on well under 5gb unless you're streaming films while out.

Henry, I gave you a few links to much cheaper SIM deals when you asked about it a couple of weeks ago.  I pay £4 a month for mine.  I don't understand why you chose such an expensive deal.

EE does a £10 SIM on pay as you go - phone and ask to change to that.  When you know how much data and calls you are using each month you can look for a cheaper deal elsewhere

I agree with bednobs about you being confused. And you say you're not on a contract... So are you Pay as you Go. What are your actual bills? Are you in credit? Just tell them to change the D D to be for whatever you owe each month.

Or sign up with asda, tesco, lebara etc for about £5 pm. Look on Martin lewis site.

Henry, is part of your bill, payment for your phone, and the other part for data?

Or, do you own the phone outright?

I know it is all confusing but surely if you are paying someone £15 a month automatically you are in some kind of contract. That doesn't happen with Pay as you Go does it?

Yes it does, you pay monthly on PAYG as it is a rolling monthly contract, cancel anytime

My mobile is just a basic one and I'm with EE on a simple pay as you go . No contract. When the amount of credit I have on my mobile is down to a minimal amount EE tell me and I just go onto the site and add whatever I want to. I don't know what kind of a phone Henry has but it would probably be quite simple to cancel the contract by going onto the EE site.

I don't think EE offers that sort of plan anymore

thanks, so even if it's cancel anytime it's still a contract or you wouldn't need to cancel anything with anyone. When I had PAYG you just topped up as and when you needed to and if I didn't want to I wouldn't have to top up at all.

What is slightly worrying is henry's post suggests he may actually be paying £35 a month in total.

I don't have a contract with EE but with pay as you go I can top up any time with EE,online, Onutopup( but pay extra) or just use the number given on my phone.

Henry--- do you have a relative who would help you to sort your phone problem?
