I got a lot of stuff for my money but a chunk of it wasnt quite as it was described and some of the pictures were deceptive.
They are keen to keep the reputation though and they did refund and give vouchers for things I wasnt happy with.
Worth watching some youtube vids about people doing comparisons of real products compared to their products.
Have a read here, JJ

well I obviously didn't read the terms of Temu thoroughly but I did fancy this blouse and tried to purchase it. It was priced at £10 but maybe was £40 - I genuinely didn't understand that they wanted me to buy more products up to the £40 to get the blouse. I did only want the blouse to see if the quality was good. But I was unable to purchase it.
JJ with your hearing problems and chasing up customer service I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. They are from China and just a selling scheme a bit like Amazon (they don't make the products) and there are theories that they collect lots of data on you. Riduculously low prices and free high end gifts will have a hidden agenda.
Try *Ad which shall not be named*. I have bought from them a number of times paying with Paypal. Always got my purchases (takes about a week, tracking info provided), items as described and delivered when stated. Sellers have a feedback rating similar to ebay. If delivery is late you get a coupon code to spend on further purchases.
okey doke - will stay away from them. to be honest I need a new blouse like a hole in the head - I truly have some beautiful ones never worn - I bought a beautiful pink one last August to go out with Australian friend - never happened. I also have a black sequinned sorta tank top shape and didn't I find a coat/blouse that is exactly the same as the tanky thing. I wore that on Christmas day and sure on that day I was very sick for 3 weeks after Christmas - I also brought a bin bag of clothes to Action Cancer yesterday - and the stuff in it was pretty much labelled as I hadn't worn any of it. So I could start a TEMU site myself. Oh as I go around the house I have started picking up watches - up to now I have about 30. I ddon't know what to do with them but they are lovely too.
