He said you should weigh, each day at the same time, and know that your weight will go up and down within a range. You have to learn your normal range, which is usually about four pounds. When that normal range shifts a few pounds, then you can be sure your weight has changed.
He said that in addition to weight, you should consider the way your clothes fit. If they are loose in the waist but you weigh the same, then you have converted some fat to muscle.
You will know you are fit and toned when you feel better and your musles are firm and not jiggly!
