Heart Monitor

Hi all, I have been fotted with a heart monitor because of a supected TIA.
I had it done at 2.45pm yesterday, my question is ..
how crucial is the time I should take it off? As in - would it matter if I was a few minutes past the 24 hours - just in case I forget dead on 2.45 pm today.

Yes I took it off just before 3pm, and took it back to the hospital.
