I know I've just read the headline, but one can certainly say that Putin has a wicked sense of humour.

I see they changed the headline. Sort of ruins the humour.

 

Can't recall exactly what it used to be, but something along the lines of, "Putin accused Ukraine of launching a "major provocation".
