And what are we all up to today?? Was pretty wet n windy here overnight - meant to bucket it down tomorrow. Another bank Holiday weekend, tho most people don't even realise lol. This one seems to sneak up on everyone. 
Need to think up what to do for dinner this eve- just a few years ago when Youngsmow was still living at home I used to often do fajitas - I still do - but it ended up being called Fahita  Fridays as I always seemed to end up doing them on a, well, Friday lol. They all loved them and in fact still do, so mite well do that just for the two of us.

So anyone got any weekend plans??

Morning Naomi/barry. Think today should be an official duvet day lol. I could quite easily curl up in bed with endless cups of tea and my iPad all day lol. Not to sleep particularly, it's just so comfy and when you're in pain there's nothing quite like your bed is there. I don't really talk about pain much at home as I must sound like a stuck record and well, there isn't a lot anyone can say as my spine isn't ever going to really get better/pain free, so I try not to mention it much but it does affect every single day. So I'll just annoy you lot instead! lol

Morning Smow and all, terrible night weather wise but according to forecast itis goning to be fine all day and not too hot. So with luck I will be able to do some more in the garden(jungle). Going to go shopping so I don't have to face them until Tuesday. I don't seem to get on with online home delivery especially with fruit and meat. 

Got my new credit card yesterday(after old one waattempted to be used illegally), so spent a chunk of time altering sites where the credit card was used .At least I feel happier now I have got one to use.

It's hellish windy here this morning, will have to go out in the garden and put everything to rights, even my wrought iron patio table has blown over.
Son and family is coming for the weekend this morning, I've not seen them in 5/6 years - I probably won't recognise the grandchildren (I will - but you know what I mean)

Morning calda. Yes if I have a home delivery I don't add fruit or veg for that very reason. We have a little local Turkish  supermarket and their fruit and veg are amazing! Plus you can go in and literally buy just one tomato, or one onion lol.

Morning all. Its been a bit breezy overnight here and we had a brief power cut. The garage man has come round and replaced the car battery this morning so I must get on and sell the car now. Its just been sitting on the  drive since my son died as he drove it. 

You dont annoy us Smow, its good to share our woes as well as the  good things

So who are you going to sell the car thru - do you know? Or just advertise it locally?

I thought I might try We Buy any Car or Motorway, I did have quotes earlier on but hospitals etc put the selling on the back burner

Have you tried a TENS machine for your bad back. My OH found itt brought relief when he was suffering with a bad back and when he had a bad shoulder. I, fortunately have not had to use one, but perhaps other visitors to your post could offer more info.
