Salad with tuna fish followed by an apple.

Doing my bit to avoid obesity and costing the NHS any uneccessary money

Half a packet of chocolate Hobnobs.

Cold roast ham, chips, egg and peas.

Slow-cooked gammon, potatoes, baby carrots, sweetcorn.

Caramelised onion sausages, mash, peas & gravy for husband just small portion of mash for me, which I've just eaten.

Pan fried Halibut, with Fennel.

I've not had anything and I don't think I can be bothered now. The rest of the family had their dinner earlier.
