Being a relic, I recall my early days going to the flicks, abd watching all the adverts of the time.

Mostly cheesy and fun, but I particularly loved the local ads, which had a generic filmed opening, which was customised at the end with a local business, etc.

Can I get a copy of those local films/ad templates anywhere?

I don't know, but I do remember a Chinese restaurant advertising that it was 'just five minutes walk from this cinema '.
