An item about it on BBC this morning. How ridiculous can you  get? Giving advice on what can be done. An inhaler FGS!

They go in to landfill, too.

My GP always states 'cartridge only' on my prescriptions but I always get the complete thing. The cartridge is packaged separately in the same box so I still have to assemble it

As I understand it the issue is the propellant gas. They want folk to use powder based inhalers instead. I trust they are equally effective, or better.

 

Or refuse a 75 mile ride in an ICE car for each puff to make up for it.

It seems the classic Ventolin is the worst offender but mine is the dry powder version, 50p more expensive for the NHS

My cat, Frankie, had asthma and was prescribed a blue inhaler.  

Convincing a cat to comply with anything so it didn't go well.

He was put on steroid tablets instead.

No there isnt is there Canary.

Both mine are CFC free Preventer and reliever the dry powder versions, have been for a few years.

So are mine.
