Baffled by this one. The question mark suggests it is cryptic rather than simply the name of a drink which   appeals more to ladies. It is ladies plural, suggesting it is not just a drink which has the name of one lady such as Margarita. It is not possessive. It is ladies tipple  not ladies' tipple. Can' t get  an anagram out of "a ladies" if "tipple" suggests reordering. Stumped!
