Can anyone recomend a good long sleeved thermal top please, I've had a look on Amazon but there are so many.

Mr U used to swear by Helly Hansen when he was running half marathons and cross country races in the depth of winter. Worked when he was standing around marshalling as well.

I have M&S thermals and highly recommend them. I don't know how they compare price wise with other brands but they certainly kept me warm a couple of years ago at a ski resort in Sweden over New year.

I have a sleeveless vest top, a short sleeved top, a long sleeved top and a pair of long johns.
