Minah was a great traitor but she made a mistake. Charlotte played a blinder

First traitor Charlotte chucked her one fellow traitor under the bus so she's gone - then recruited another.  Having been one of only a few people who were told the whereabouts of the shield, she then went on to deceive her new sidekick immediately by keeping the shield's whereabouts secret and leading him to believe that the holder would be their next murder victim.   At breakfast today the shield holder will arrive alive and kicking - leaving Charlotte squeaky clean in the Faithfuls' eyes - and about to throw her new recruit to the lions.  That of course will leave her the sole Traitor - and if all goes to plan and she makes it to the end tomorrow - the victor!  Clever girl!

 

Claudia did say though that something will happen today that could turn the game on its head.....  dirty deeds afoot?

The best series so far, in my opinion.  Can't wait to see what the next twist will be

Nor me, barry.  I could hardly believe it when she suggested murdering the shield holder... I've forgotten his name.  How crafty was that?!!!

Barry, have you seen Series 2 of the Australian version?  That's another 'gobsmacker'.

I tried season one of the Australian series but couldn't take to it at all.  I enjoyed the US series.

It was very well-played by Charlotte with the exception of her choice for recruitment.  If they picked her for murder, Leanne will surely reveal she had the shield, so unless Freddie's actually as dopey as he seems to be (which I think applies to most of them this series), he'll know Charlotte recruited him for the bus treatment as well.

The "special power" will no doubt make all speculation irrelevant 😂

The term "traitor hunter" for Jake is endlessly irritating - he got one, Linda, eventually & was lucky to see the head-turn.

An excellent series so far. The challenges have also been very inventive, I loved the creepy dolls one

But she'll conclude that the people she told aren't traitors - so Charlotte won't come under suspicion.

If Leanne says that she only told the other girls, Freddie should realise Charlotte is using him & it depends how he then spins that knowledge with the others.

That assumes that they actually picked Leanne for murder, anyone else & it's a different game.

Yes, a lot will depend upon whether Leanne tells everyone.  That would be Charlotte's downfall - if Freddie is bright enough to pick up on it.

...And if he's bright enough to use the info without revealing how he knows.  I can see the others running around saying "I knew it was Freddie all along!"

Freddie may realise (not sure he's that clever) but I think by then Leanne and others will already be so suspicious of him trying to murder Leanne that any shade he tries to throw at Charlotte won't stick.

Minah had played a great game up until her mistake with Frankie, but Charlotte it turns out is absolutely ruthless so I'm not sure she would have lasted much longer anyway.

I can't even imagine what the thing that 'will turn the game on it's head' might be.

 

I thought the fact that the finalists wont be telling if they are traitor or faithful when they leave was twisted enough!

I can't think what that twist might be, chelle.  I thought the card game and the open murder last week was a really good addition to the format.

So without telling the rest that Charlotte is a traitor how is she going to make sure Charlotte is exposed?  I'm  out tomorrow night so will have to wait until Saturday to find out the result.  Grrr...

She can tell them can't she? No one has said she can't that I noticed. I think Claudia said ' whatever you do with the information is up to the 2 of you'.

Charlotte said about meeting her that after it would be 'her word against mine'.

I thought they had to keep it between them - but I might have misheard or misunderstood.  The thing is, if she is allowed to tell the others it's game over isn't it?  Although they don't know there's only one traitor left do they so maybe not.  I'm arguing with myself here.  😂
