I have a recipe that I would like to try out for mint chocolate mousse. The recipe says I need to use a bar of mint chocolate. Does anyone know where i can get some from? it needs to be just a chocolate bar that is mint flavoured. i.e, not with bits of mint or a creme centre etc. I cant seem to find some anywhere!!

It's obtainable from most health food shops and some chemists may sell it. Use very sparingly though. It's very concentrated and a couple of drops should suffice. It's also very comforting for indigestion when added to a small amount of hot water and sipped.
