I've been seeing a guy for the past year.We used to get on so well together, especially during the summer when we saw each other 2 or 3 times a week. Then I moved away for work reasons at the beginning of the September. Prior to my move he used to text me and want to meet up all the time but since November he barely texts me once a week and he rarely wants to meet at weekends.I recently asked him if he wanted to end things but he said no that he had just been busy at work coming up to Christmas but that he definitely doesn't want to end things and he's not a guy to mince his words so I do believe him!To me it feels like he has lost interest but yet he says he hasn't.What should I do?Confront him again about it atthe risk of sounding paranoid?! Or just let it go for the time being?

If you have confronted him and given him a chance to finish your relationship, and he has declined, you have to take him at his word, especially if, as you advise, he is a straightforward person.

His reasons may be genuine, although distance puts a strain on any relationship. Best to wait and see how things go - his non-verbal language and behaviour will be a better indicator of whether or not he is loosing interest in you. Give it time, see how he is when he is next with you, but be prepared in case things are changing.
