sore chapped hands
can anyone recommend a hand cream for VERY sore hands? I suffer with them every winter and have tried lots of hand creams, including neutregena, which is supposedly used by norwegian fisherman!

I have the same problem every year - ask your boots chemist (describe your problem and tell them you have used pretty much everything) they will give you a tube of cream costs about 4 and you use it at night - its really thick and works a treat but you have to apply it sparingly as it is a steroid cream. Use something that is recommended for people who have eczema. The active ingredient you're looking for is urea.
