Feet for me. Usually it happens when I am in bed falling asleep and either my own or one DH's feet will just catch the sole of my foot. It drives me mental.

roof of the mouth other wise i love tickling myself. I do it in my sleep apparently (blush)

Id say tickling my fancy - as ive got no special person in my life at the moment and so when its tickled - im left irritated!! LOL

Nah, actually i would have to say the roof of my mouth. Just tried it - bleugh!!!
